Elektrostomana 2004 AD is a metallurgic factory specialized in production of mouldings of carbon, alloy and manganese steel, spheroidal and spherographite cast iron, as well as spare parts for tractors, road construction and agricultural machines, ball mills, etc.

 Company Background

The company is found in 1948 and initially operates as a machine-construction station. In 1962 it is transformed to a technical service station for repair of agricultural machines. The scope of activities expands with the launch of a steel foundry division for production of fixed mouldings of carbon steel, which led to the restructuring of the station to a factory for spare parts and non-standard equipment. Since 1972 is opened another steel foundry department for production of mouldings of manganese steel for baseline chains of tractors.
The company operates as a private entity since 2004. It is situated on 100 acres and has an annual production capacity of over 7 000 tones.

Production

The implementation of the best world practices both in the area of metallurgy and foundry processes, the established know-how, as well as our advanced technical resources enable us to produce castings with higher level of difficulty from individual pieces to series of details.

The melting process is completely conducted in electric-arc furnaces, which gives the opportunity for continuous control on the clarity and the chemical indicators of the melted metal, which further increase the precision of our work. Once casted, the ready details pass through thermal and mechanical process, which additionally increase their strength indicators.
